Description
315 ton four-column hydraulic press, used for cold stamping forming wavy colour stone metal tiles, with moulds, one time forming.Production process steps: coated steel plate → slitting and levelling according to fixed size → model stamping with four-column hydraulic press → spraying on glue → sand fixing → heating and curing → protective layer → heating and curing → packaging and shipping.The company designs and produces 200 ton, 315 ton and 400 ton colour stone tile forming hydraulic presses, which are also the common tonnage for producing wavy colour stone metal tiles.
