The 200-ton four-column hydraulic press is one of the most widely used and classic general-purpose presses in industrial production. It consists of an upper crossbeam, a moving crossbeam (slide), a lower crossbeam (worktable), and four columns, forming a highly rigid enclosed frame. The columns ensure the vertical accuracy of the slide’s movement and resistance to off-center loading.
This is a versatile machine capable of performing a wide range of processes by changing different dies:
Punching and Forming: Punching, blanking, shallow drawing, bending, and embossing of sheet metal.
Press-fitting and Disassembly: Pressing in and out of interference-fit components such as bearings, bushings, and gears.
Powder Compaction: Pressing and forming of metal or non-metal powder products (e.g., powder metallurgy, ceramics).
Molding and Laminating: Molding of plastic products, composite materials (such as SMC), and rubber products, as well as laminating of sheet materials.
Straightening and Leveling: Straightening of metal structural components or leveling of sheet materials.
