The 250-ton C-frame hydraulic press designed by Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry features a structure where the frame consists of a single C-shaped arm made from either a solid cast steel piece or welded steel plates. With three sides open, it provides an unobstructed working space and exceptionally convenient operation. The main cylinder is mounted at the top of the frame, and the ram moves along the frame's guide rails.
The 250-ton single-arm hydraulic press is particularly suitable for the following applications:
Straightening and alignment of shafts and profiles (its most classic application).
Edge bending and forming of sheet metal.
Press-fitting of components (e.g., bearings, bushings).
Simple blanking and punching operations.
