Product Introduction
The shovel production line produced by Shandong Zhongyou Heavy Industry is an automated or semi-automated production line for mass production of shovels (including civilian shovels, military shovels, gardening shovels, etc.), covering the whole process from raw material processing to finished product packaging.
Spade head making:
Uncoiling and Feeding: The metal sheets in coils are leveled by the uncoiler and then sent to the punching machine by the feeder.
Punching and molding: The metal sheet is punched into a T-shape using pneumatic punching machine, hydraulic machine or mechanical punching machine, and then further pressed to produce the exact shape and angle of the spade head.
Bending and molding: The back side of the spade head is bent to form a cylinder for attachment to the long handle. At the same time, the necessary molding is done to ensure the strength and durability of the spade head.
