Product Introduction

This is an 800-ton stainless steel water tank press molding hydraulic press customized by Shandong Zongyou for a customer in Anhui Province, which is mainly used for the production of stainless steel water tanks (such as fire-fighting water tanks, domestic water supply tanks, industrial circulating water tanks, etc.).

Take 304 stainless steel water tank box pressing as an example, the process is as follows:

1.Mold installation: fix the upper mold (convex mold, corresponding to the curvature of the water tank) on the slide, the lower mold (concave mold, corresponding to the bottom surface of the box) on the worktable, calibrate the parallelism (deviation ≤ 0.1mm);

2.Loading: manually/mechanically place the stainless steel plate (thickness 1.5-3.0mm) on the lower mold, positioning pins to assist alignment;

3.Closing the mold: the main cylinder drives the slider downward and closes the mold (preload pressure 500-800 tons);

4.Pressing: continue to apply pressure to 8000kN (hold pressure for 3-5 minutes), stainless steel plate plastic deformation under high pressure, fit the mold profile (control rebound ≤ 1 °);

5.Demolding: the ejector cylinder will eject the molded water tank from the lower mold, into the next process (welding, assembly).
